Centre County is a Great Place to Live & Work

Located in the central region of Pennsylvania, and home to nearby Penn State University, Centre County Government offers many exciting opportunities to learn and grow in a career while making a difference in the lives and citizens in our community. Each of our departments meets a unique need in the community which we serve and provides a setting where you can experience professional growth and personal satisfaction.

Because we believe workplace diversity is a major contributor to a successful organization, Centre County embraces diversity in our community as well as our workforce and seeks to enhance it on all levels.
