Centre County is a Pennsylvania subdivision governed by three commissioners under the Fourth-Class County Code. The Commissioners shall approve an online auction sale by Resolution (PDF) and advertisement in a newspaper of general circulation in the County.
Centre County Government will offer for sale, by auction to the highest bidder, vehicles from the County’s paratransit and business fleets. The online auction is managed by www.GovPlanet.com, the dedicated government seller marketplace of Ritchie Bros.
Items must be paid for on the day of the sale. Buyer’s premium may apply. The buyer must make all arrangements and perform all work necessary to remove their items from County property.
All items will be sold as is, where is, with no warranty or condition expressed or implied and no returns. Buyer is responsible for all costs related to shipping.
An auction will be conducted beginning April 10, 2021 at 10:00 AM and will remain open through April 21, 2021 at 10:00 AM.
