PA SAVIN (Pennsylvania Statewide Automated Victim Information and Notification)
On October 18, 2007, the Centre County VINE (Victim Information and Notification Everyday) system joined the Pennsylvania network of the same system called PA SAVIN. The PA SAVIN service is available for victims of crimes when the offender is in custody of the Centre County Correctional Facility. This service can automatically call a victim of a crime when the offender's custody status changes. This service is intended for use by crime victims and their family, law enforcement agencies, and victim advocates but anyone can access the system. To contact the program, you may dial toll-free 1-888-728-2867 (TDD-TTY 1-866-847-1298) or go to the website at PA Crime Victims.
Users can still go to the website at Vine Link and click on Pennsylvania. Victims currently registered with the Centre County VINE system will now be registered with PA SAVIN.
