The Centre County Planning and Community Development Office serves as a local point of contact for Fair Housing Protection in Centre County.

Persons who believe that they have been discriminated against may contact the Office at (814) 355-6791 or email CCPC. After the initial contact, you will be referred to the PA Human Relations Commission for intake and investigation of the complaint. You may also contact the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission directly at (717) 787-9780 or (717) 787-7279 (TDD).

Fair Housing is your right in Pennsylvania. 

In addition, you may file a complaint with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. The link below provides information on how to recognize housing discrimination. You'll also find a form to complete specific to your complaint. You may file electronically or call the Hotline at 1-800-669-9777.
